YOUTH
NEWS:
The ski trip on February 3rd went very well. Twenty people
participated and we all made it back safe and sound.
No youth group on March 4th
March 9:
Sleep-over at the Moorhead First Presbyterian Church. It will
be a lot of fun and a great opportunity to enlarge our faith community. Cost
of the sleep-over will be $6.00. Please come – they supported us and we
should support them.
March 11:
There will be an all-youth bowling
trip to West Acres Bowl from 4-6 pm. This trip will include youth K-12 and
any adults who wish to help and/or attend. Cost will be $2.25 per person per
game. Pizza afterwards at the church until 7 pm – approximately $3.00
apiece.
March 18:
There will be an etiquette
dinner lesson with the youth group. Dinner will be served here in the
church and we will have a speaker who will instruct on and discuss etiquette
with the youth group.
March 25th:
The youth group will be going out
for a semi-formal dinner from 5-7 pm. This will be an opportunity for
the youth group to show off their new finesse. In order to attend on the 25th
you must participate on the 18th. Adults are needed
to drive.

CHOIR NEWS:
For anyone interested, the choir
is putting on its Easter Cantata April 8th (Palm Sunday). Please come join us on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.

Pew Cushions
We are ¾ of the way through our goal for the pew cushion project. We need about $1200 more in order to fully
fund the project. The committee hopes to have the project completed and the cushions installed this spring.
If you have been meaning to make a gift to the Pew Cushion Project but have not yet done so, now is the time!
The cost is $180 per pew. Of course gifts of any size are much appreciated.
YOUTH SUNDAY
The
youth will lead the worship service on Sunday, March 25th.
Puppeteer practice dates are listed on the March calendar.
Dress rehearsal for Sunday school children is March 24th from
11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Final
rehearsal during Sunday school hour on March 25th.
Other Sunday school activities have been cancelled excepting Adult Sunday
School and Preschool which will meet as usual.
There will be a Potluck held after the service.
