CPC Has Shared Space
Available For Lease
For nearly 40 years CPC has made our Fellowship Hall and adjoining rooms available to a pre-school. Due to a retirement, the space is now available for lease for a similar use as of September 1, 2022.
- The main Fellowship Hall is 55 X 38 feet.
- A small private secured room adjoins the Hall. It has been used for storage and an office; it measures 10 X 7 feet.
- The kitchen measures 27 X 15 feet.
- Three bathrooms are easily accessible from the Hall. Two single sex restrooms and a family/unisex restroom that is handicap accessible.
- Tables and chairs are available via a storage room adjoining the Hall.
- Access is fully handicap accessible via an elevator. Two stairways also are available.
